2009     Vinetree was born
 
  • In the beginning Vinetree was founded under the name "KingsWay", to emphasize the importance of encountering culture while traveling.
  • 2009 was also the year we started offering our expeditions into the mountains, our local natural wonders, history, and the culture of Yunnan.
 
2010    
Vinetree · Geladan Project Started
 
  • The Vinetree Geladan Tent Resort project was kicked off in the Yunnan Laojun Mountain National Geo-park.

 

2013    
Vinetree · Geladan Tented Resort opened to public
 
  • In May, Vinetree became the owner of not only China's but the world’s first and highest quality tent resort. The Vinetree Geladan Tent Resort opened to public.
  • In August, the Vinetree Geladan Tent Resort partnered with the internationally recognized JEEP Corporation and hosted their “Zero Footprint Campaign” which was all about leaving Zero negative impact on nature. 
 

2014    
Cooperation
 
  •  In June, the Vinetree Geladan Tent Resort in collaboration with the Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business (CKGSB) EMBA hosted public welfare activities to give the native people solar powered cooking equipment.
  • In July, the Vinetree Geladan Tent Resort become one of China's TOP GEAR "Partners"  filming locations for their first quarter.
  • In November, the Vinetree Geladan Tent Resort became the popular American Polaris company’s all-terrain vehicle destination to travel.
  • In December, Vinetree started its tourism and nature preserve project in the Gaoligong Mountains of Yunnan. 
 

2015    
New Vinetree's New Journey
 
  • In February, Vinetree’s formal English name changed to "Vinetree".
  • In March, Vinetree’s brand slogan changed to "Where the road ends, the Vinetree starts."
  • In June, Vinetree signed an agreement with the government to set up projects in the Gaoligong Mountains.
  • In December, Vinetree signed an agreement with the government to set up projects in the Honghe.
 

2016    
Start Two New Projects
 
  • In August, Vinetree · Honghe Projects started the construction.
  • In September, Vinetree · Gaoligong Tented Resort started the construction. 
  • In October, Vinetree finished the Pre-A round financing.
 
  2017    
Ecotourism Lifestyle
 
  •  In July, Vinetree · Honghegu Tented Resort is expected to open to public.
  •  In September, Vinetree · Gaoligong Tented Resort is expected to open to public. 
  •  In September, the first term of Suhong Hani Ancient Village start the construction.
