Members of Vinetree’s resorts / lines / derivatives products can earn points, for every 1 Yuan earns you 1 point. Special promotional products will not earn you any points. For points or points + cash purchases will not earn you any additional points. Any qualifying purchase points you own do not double or reoccur.
For old members who introduce new members into the Vinetree “Natural club”, the first time when the new member makes purchase, not only the new member earns points, the old members can also receive an additional 2,000 reward points.
Vinetree will establish a “Nature Club Online” shop based on the season and the resorts. Members can exchange products in these online shop using points or Points + Cash· After an exchange is completed, the corresponding points are deducted from the member’s card. Unless specifically stated, the exchange of product retention period is usually 18 month. The products in “Nature Club Online” shop has different discounts for different membership levels. Purchasing products for points doesn’t include product replacements or returns, please carefully consider before you make your decision.
Member Points are recorded in our system and the member’s membership card at the same time. The system automatically upgrades the membership when the points accumulate to a certain level.
Membership is valid for a limited time, if you do not meet the total member spending level requirements. Vinetree “nature club” membership level may be downgraded, or even canceled without notice.
All Vinetree “Natural club” rewards purchased with Member Points prior to point cancellation will still be honored. (Such as you’re previously booked Vinetree resorts.)
The cancellation of the member points does not affect your member level rating.
According to the rules of the Yunnan Vinetree Tourism Development Co. Ltd., Vinetree “Natural club” Silver and Gold memberships have an “Annual Term”. If your membership remains in an inactive state for more than a year, it will be automatically demoted to the next lower membership level. For Diamond members (“annual Term”) after two years of inactivity are automatically downgraded to the next lower membership level. Regular members do not have the limits imposed at higher membership levels. In order for members to keep their Vinetree “Natural Club” accumulated loyalty-points, they must take one of the following actions within 12 consecutive months:
a) In accordance with the terms of Vinetree owned and operated resort, camps and hotels, booking Vinetree trails, or buying health products from Vinetree until reach the appropriate membership spending level limits;
b) Buying member points in the “Nature Club Online” shop;
c) Other members can donate points to you.
d) Failure to take actions a), b) or c), your membership level will be automatically demoted to the membership level appropriate to you spending level, but members can still continue to earn points.
Bonus Points Management
Vinetree “Natural Club” member’s points will only be validated after confirming that you have spent money on the resorts, camps and hotels or trails. Activities, complementary products and services provided by third party companies for Vinetree partners do not earn members any points. Once Vinetree “Natural Club” confirms that members have earned points they will not be able to earn double point. Vinetree has no obligation to notify members of this fact.
If members make a reservation by credit card but did not check in at their resort, hotel or camp, our “missed reservation” policy they cannot earn any points or rewards for fees paid on their membership card. All points earned at “Vinetree” owned and operated resorts, hotels, camps, trails or activities, will accumulate until they and other charges on the Member’s account are fully paid off new points are then considered valid. Before accommodations or trails are completed and paid off the points are scheduled to be put into the member’s account, these points cannot be redeemed at this time. In addition, for members who don’t make timely payments will lose any premium level qualifications related to Vinetree’s resorts, camps, hotels, trails and products.
No members may authorize others to use their loyalty points, without permission of the Yunnan Vinetree Tourism Development Co., Ltd. It is also prohibited for any member to engage in the sale of or exchange of member points, reward tickets, bonus points or other membership benefits. For any actions that Yunnan Vinetree Tourism Development Co., Ltd. recognizes as a violation of our policy as mentioned above, accordingly the points which are sold, exchanged or redistributed, in addition to the reward tickets and other benefits will be canceled.
Points, Reward Tickets and bonus points spent do not constitute the personal property of the Members anymore.
If you use your bonus point or rewards to make a purchase these points will no longer generate additional points.
